Our displayed fish fillets are Fresh fish unless it hs (frozen) on the end of the description. These frozen items are frozen fresh for best quality.

All fillets sold are Skinless and Boneless fillets, however if you want Skin On Bonless fillets please ask.

Whilst we have listed the most commanly purchased weights, we can cater for any need. Please contact us for a weight that is not listed, alternatively you can change the quantity or mix and match items to suit your needs.

We have a wide range of options available, if you would like a particular ammount of fillets rather than weight or would like a weight but x ammount of fillets than please contact us to discuss as we can cater for most needs.
